2024 3th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Information Processing (AIIIP 2024) Successfully Held

 

20241025-27日,河北工业大学、天津工业大学主办的第三届人工智能与智能信息处理技术国际学术会议(AIIIP 2024)在中国天津成功举办。来自香港中文大学、香港理工大学、香港浸会大学、西安理工大学、空军工程大学、辽宁工业大学、空军预警学院、北华航天工业学院、北京石油化工学院等30余所高校和科研院所的150多名专家学者和青年学子共同参加这场学术盛会。

From October 25 to 27, 2024, th3th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Information Processing (AIIIP 2024), hosted by Hebei University of Technology and Tianjin University of Technology, was successfully held in Tianjin, China. More than 150 experts, scholars, and young students from over 30 universities and research institutions, including The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Baptist University, Xi'an University of Technology, Air Force Engineering University, Liaoning University of Technology, Air Force Early Warning Academy, Northwestern Polytechnical University, and Beijing Petroleum and Chemical University, participated in this academic event.

开幕式上,河北工业大学人工智能与数据科学学院院长陈海永教授致欢迎辞,陈教授介绍了河北工业大学人工智能与数据科学学院的发展历程以及办学特色,并预祝本次大会取得圆满成功。紧接着,天津工业大学控制科学与工程学院副院长段晓杰教授向远道而来的各位嘉宾表示热烈的欢迎和诚挚的感谢,希望通过此次会议,进一步促进学术界的沟通与合作,推动人工智能领域的创新发展。

At the opening ceremony, Professor HaiyongChen, Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Hebei University of Technology, delivered a welcome speech. He introduced the development history and unique features of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Hebei University of Technology, and wished for the conference to be a great success. Following that, Professor Xiaojier Duan, Vice Dean of the School of Control Science and Engineering at Tianjin University of Technology, warmly welcomed and sincerely thanked the guests who traveled from afar. He expressed the hope that this conference would further promote communication and cooperation in the academic community and drive innovative development in the field of artificial intelligence.

During the keynote session,Prof. Yiu-ming Cheung from Hong Kong Baptist University (Fellow of IEEE, AAAS, IET, BCS, and AAIA), Prof. Qing Li from Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Fellow of IEEE, IET, and AAIA),Prof. Benjamin W. Wah from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Fellow of IEEE, ACM, and AAAS), as well as Professor Li Yankai from Xi'an University of Technology and Professor Li Baoquan from Tianjin University of Technology delivered outstanding presentations centered around the conference theme. They shared their research results and experiences, presented the latest advancements and forward-looking perspectives in the fields of artificial intelligence and intelligent information processing, and provided valuable insights to the attendees.

会议期间,18位青年学者通过口头报告和海报展示了最新研究成果,并与现场专家深入探讨了人工智能及智能信息处理领域的挑战与机遇。大会颁发了“优秀论文奖”、“优秀青年学者报告奖”及“优秀海报奖”,以激励年轻科研人员。参与者们表示,此次会议不仅促进了学术交流、激发了创新思维,还加深了对行业的理解,为未来的科研合作与国际交流奠定了坚实基础。

During the conference, 18 young scholars showcased their latest research findings through oral presentations and poster displays, engaging in in-depth discussions with experts on the challenges and opportunities in the fields of artificial intelligence and intelligent information processing. The conference awarded the "Certificate of Best Paper," "Certificate of Best Oral Presentation," and "Certificate of  Best Poster" to motivate young researchers. Participants expressed that the conference not only facilitated academic communication and stimulated innovative thinking but also deepened their understanding of the industry, laying a solid foundation for future research collaboration and international exchange.

The successful convening of 2024 3th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent InformationProcessing presented a rich, high-level, and international academic feast. Experts and scholars have fully communicated information, strengthened academic exchanges, and encouraged innovative thinking, jointly promoting the development and progress of related research and applications in intelligent computing and signal processing, and boosting global technological innovation and research talent cultivation.
